Art.
238(1) The employment and transfer of certain categories of employees to other jobs shall be made according to the certificates issued on the basis of medical examinations.
(2) The list of categories of employees subject to medical examination at employment and periodic medical examinations shall be approved by the Ministry of Health.
(3) The employees are not entitled to avoid the medical examination.
(4) The expenses related to the organization and performance of medical examinations shall be borne by the employer.
