(1) The training of employees in matters of occupational protection and hygiene aims at acquiring the knowledge and training the respective skills.

(2) The training of employees in matters of labor protection and hygiene shall be carried out in the manner established by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family after consulting the respective trade unions.
