The wage

(1) The salary represents any reward or gain valued in money, paid to the employee by the employer under the individual employment contract, for the work performed or to be performed.


(2) When establishing and paying the salary, no discrimination on the grounds of sex, age, disability, social origin, family situation, ethnicity, race or nationality, political options or religious beliefs, membership or trade union activity is allowed.


(3) The salary is confidential and guaranteed.
