(1) Based on the individual employment contract negotiated and signed by the parties, the employer may issue an employment order (disposition, decision, resolution).

(2) If the employer has issued an employment order (disposition, decision, resolution), he shall inform the employee, under signature, within 3 working days from the date of signing by the parties of the individual employment contract. At the written request of the employee, the employer is obliged to issue him a copy of the order (disposition, decision, resolution), legalized in the established manner, within 3 working days.
