(1) The technical equipment must be designed, manufactured and used in such a way as to comply with the normative documents of protection and hygiene of the work that are established by law and not to endanger the life or health of the employees.

(2) The launch in production of new models of technical equipment is made only after the approval of the prototypes, in accordance with the requirements and procedure established by law.

(3) The technical equipment produced in the country or imported must be accompanied by instructions for use in the state language.

(1) Echipamentul tehnic trebuie să fie proiectat, fabricat şi utilizat astfel încît să corespundă standardelor şi normelor de protecţie şi igienă a muncii şi să nu pună în pericol viaţa sau sănătatea salariaţilor.

(2) Lansarea în producţie a unor noi modele de echipament tehnic se face numai după avizarea prototipurilor de Inspecţia Muncii, de alte organe de resort, precum şi de sindicatul respectiv.

(3) Echipamentul tehnic produs în ţară sau importat trebuie să fie însoţit de instrucţiuni de utilizare în limba de stat.
