Art. XVII. - Law no. 77/2016 on Information Technology Parks (official monitor of the Republic Of Moldova, 2016, no. 157-162, art. 318), as modified (till now), is amended as follows:

1. In Article 7 (3) (a), the word "authorised" is replaced by the word "practised".

2. Article 13:

in point h), after the word "Park" is inserted the text ", as well as potential residents”;

the article shall be supplemented by point (l) with the following table of contents:

"l) implement projects / programmes on the development of the information technology industry and the ecosystem for digital innovation.”

3. In Article 15 (4), "5 years" is replaced by "9 years".
