(1) Деятельность резидентов парка подлежит ежегодной обязательной проверке выполнения показателей, необходимых для получения и сохранения статуса резидента информационно-технологического парка.  

(2) Указанные в законе и подлежащие проверке показатели устанавливаются администрацией парка, а проверка осуществляется аудиторскими компаниями. 

(3) Результаты проверки публикуются на официальных веб-страницах Министерства экономики и инфраструктуры и информационно-технологического парка.
