(1) The personal and work protection equipment is granted free of charge to the employees by the employer.

(2) The assortments of personal and work protection equipment, the categories of employees to which they will be granted shall be established in the manner provided by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family and shall be fixed in the collective labor contract.

(3) In case of degradation of the personal and work protection equipment and the loss of the protection qualities due to this, the employees are obligatorily granted a new equipment.

(4) Damage or loss of personal protective equipment and work due to the fault of the employee before the established term of use attracts, in accordance with the legislation in force, his liability for the damage caused.
