14
Termination of free zone activity

(1) The activity of the free zone is terminated:



a) upon the expiry of the term of its operation as provided by the law on the particular free zone;


b) before the expiry of the term of its operation, if its activity is contrary to the purposes of this law or to the economic interests of the Republic of Moldova.



(2) The decision on termination of the free zone's activity is adopted by the Parliament at the Government's proposal. The procedure for termination of the free zone's activity and the procedure for ensuring state guarantees provided for the residents of free zones by Article 13 paragraph (2) are established by the Government.
