(1) This law regulates the process of creating and operating Information Technology Parks.

(2) The purpose of the present law is the creation of the necessary premises for driving the development of the information technology industry, research and innovation, based on the information technology in various fields, the didactic activity in the field of information technology, as well as fabricating jobs of high value creation and attracting domestic and foreign investments.
