(1) The minimum guaranteed amount of salary in the real sector is the mandatory minimum value of the remuneration of work guaranteed by the state for the work performed by employees in the real sector.

(2) The minimum guaranteed amount of salary in the real sector shall be established by the Government after consulting the social partners.

(3) The guaranteed minimum amount of wages in the real sector is re-examined annually, depending on the annual summary increase of the consumer price index and the growth rate of labor productivity at national level.

(4) In case of unit insolvency, the compensation payments, guaranteed to employees and calculated (recalculated) on the date of their payment, shall be paid in an amount not less than the minimum guaranteed amount of salary in the real sector, established in accordance with law.
