The employee has the following obligations in the field of labor protection:

a) to observe the labor protection instructions corresponding to the activity carried out;

b) to use the means of individual protection provided according to the destination;

c) to carry out its activity without endangering both its own person and the other employees;

d) not to lift, not to move, not to destroy the protection, signaling and warning devices, not to prevent the application of methods and procedures to reduce or eliminate the influence of risk factors;

e) to inform its immediate manager of any technical failure or other situation in which the labor protection requirements are not observed;

f) to interrupt his activity at the appearance of an imminent danger of injury and to immediately notify his immediate manager;

g) to inform its immediate manager of any accident or illness at work.
