(1) The production of goods and the provision of services shall be carried out according to the technological processes that shall correspond to the normative documents of labor protection and hygiene established by law.

(2) In the absence of the norms of protection and hygiene of work, the employer has the obligation to ensure measures of protection and hygiene of work corresponding to the concrete conditions in which the respective activities are carried out, by approving the internal instructions of protection and hygiene of work.

(3) Bilateral contracts concluded by the employer with other partners, including foreign ones, for carrying out works on the territory of the Republic of Moldova or other countries, shall include clauses on labor protection and hygiene.
