(1) Based on the evaluation of the risk factors at the workplace, the employer elaborates, after consulting the committee for labor protection and hygiene and in the manner established by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family, an annual plan of measures for labor protection and hygiene.

(2) The annual plan of labor protection and hygiene measures is approved by the employer and, in case of concluding the collective labor contract, is an integral part of it.

(3) The expenses related to the implementation of labor protection and hygiene measures are financed entirely from the own means of the unit.

(4) The employees do not bear any expenses related to the financing of the labor protection and hygiene measures.

(5) The financing of labor protection and hygiene measures at national, branch and territorial level shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force and the collective agreements of the respective level.
