Art.
371Supervision and control over the observance of legislative acts and other normative acts containing norms of labor law, collective agreements and collective labor agreements at all units are exercised by:
a) The State Labor Inspectorate;
b) the competent authorities in the field of occupational safety, according to Law no. 131/2012 on state control over entrepreneurial activity;
c) trade unions.

Art.
IArticle II - Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 154/2003 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 159–162, art. 648), with subsequent amendments, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Article 371, point (b) is repealed.
2. In Article 372 (1), the words "except for occupational safety and health legislation" shall be replaced by the words "occupational safety and health".
