(1) The hygienic-sanitary protective materials are distributed free of charge by the employer to the employees who work at jobs with conditions of excessive dirt of the skin or where the action of harmful substances on the hands is possible.

(2) The assortments of hygienic-sanitary protection materials, the necessary quantities and the periodicity of their distribution shall be established by the employer in the manner provided by the Government.
