(1) The protection food is granted free of charge by the employer to the employees who work at jobs with harmful conditions.

(2) The foods that will be offered as free protection food, their quantity and the categories of employees to which they will be granted shall be established in the manner provided by the Government and shall be fixed in the collective labor contract.
